Our selection process goes beyond taste and quality, seeking out companies that resonate with our philosophy and values. We prioritize products crafted with environmentally and socially conscious methods, ensuring respect for both the environment and the people involved.

Guests in the studio can then try our selection, listen to the stories, and learn about the producers.

Through our dispensa, we aim to share with the entire community the opportunity to discover these stories.

We got intrigued by the cover, but the content was even better.

We are not going to lie: the first thing that we noticed about this chocolate bar was the unique packaging and the beautiful designs - and we appreciated them even more when we found out they were crafted by two creatives based in Milano, just like us.

Cocoah! is a small, artisanal company that crafts sweet treats starting from selected cocoa beans. Marco, the founder, came to visit us at the studio, bringing along chocolate bars and passionately detailing every step of his entrepreneurial journey, sharing with us his story.

The value chain starts from the selection fo the cocoa beans and continues by mixing just two ingredient: the beans and sugar. The result is honest, pure and flavorful. From bean to bar, they respect the essence of chocolate, ensuring that every square is a celebration of respect for the raw materials and their transformation.
